APPLE PIE FILLING 
10 qts. sliced raw apples
8 tsp. cinnamon
8-10 c. sugar
1 c. minute tapioca

Stir together and let stand overnight. (I cooked it and thought it worked better.) Fill jars no more than 3/4 full and process in hot water bath 5 minutes. Or can be frozen. I use pressure cooker brought up to 10 pounds pressure and turned off and let cool.
