3 eggs
1 pt. Wesson oil
2 oz. white vinegar
2 oz. fresh onion juice
Juice of 1 lemon
1 button garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of Tabasco sauce
Salt
Pepper

Beat eggs until medium stiff. Add Wesson oil very slowly, heating. Add rest of ingredients. Makes 1 quart.
