CAJUN PORK ROAST | |
2 lb. boneless single loin pork roast Cooking oil CAJUN SEASONING: 1/2 tsp. red cayenne pepper 3 tbsp. paprika 1 tbsp. garlic powder 2 tsp. oregano 2 tsp. thyme 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. white pepper, ground 1/2 tsp. cumin 1/4 tsp. nutmeg Rub surface of loin lightly with oil. Combine seasoning mixture and rub well over all surfaces of roast. Place meat in shallow pan and roast in 350 degree oven for 1 - 1 1/4 hours until internal temperature is 155 degrees. Remove, let rest 5-10 minutes. Serves 4-6. 3 oz. = 196 calories. |
