DUMPLINGS FOR SOUP | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt Mix dry ingredients well. Add enough water to make a nice soft dough, not too stiff. Roll or pat 1/2" thick, sprinkle with flour, cut into strips, then pieces. Drop into boiling broth. Stir after each addition. Boil about 10 minutes. |
