1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. nuts

Cook chocolate pudding mix as directed with 2 cups of milk. Stir in 1 box chocolate cake mix. Don't beat. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake as directed on cake mix box for 9 x 13 inch cake.
