ITALIAN CREAM OVER PEACHES 
1 c. ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. defrosted undiluted orange juice
2 tbsp. peach or apricot brandy
1 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel

In blender combine cheese, orange juice and brandy until thick. Add honey. Spoon over peach slices (with their peel).
