7 DAY SLAW 
1 head cabbage (3 to 3 1/2 lb., chopped)
1/2 c. fine chopped onion
1/2 c. fine chopped green pepper
1 sm. can chopped pimento, drained
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Add and mix sugar and salt over other ingredients. Let stand at room temperature for 2 hors; drain.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Shake and pour over mixture. Refrigerate for 12-24 hours before using. Good for 1 week.
