HAM 'N CHEESE CROISSANTS 
2 sticks butter, softened
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, finely chopped
8 to 10 croissants
8 to 10 slices ham
8 to 10 slices Swiss cheese

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend butter, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire sauce and onion in a medium bowl. Split croissants and spread 1/2 of butter mixture on bottom half of each croissant. Place a slice of ham and slice of cheese on top of this.

Bake on cookie sheet for 5 minutes and remove from oven. Spread rest of butter mixture on top half of each croissant and place top on sandwich. Bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot. 8 servings.
