SARDINE SPECIAL 
2 med. cans sardines
2 pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. chopped green peppers
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. drained relish
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. salad dressing
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain oil from sardines. Mash with fork. Add seasonings and blend in cheese mixture so that paste will be thin enough to spread without running. More cheese may be added if necessary. Serve in a bowl surrounded with Melba toast strips.
