CORNBREAD 
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
1 sm. sour cream
1 sm. corn, drained
1 sm. corn, creamed

Melt butter; add cornbread mix, egg, sour cream and both cans of corn. Mix well. Grease baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
