LENTIL AND NUT ROAST 
1 c. lentils
1/2 c. nuts
1 egg
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. sage
1/3 c. salad oil
1 1/2 c. corn flakes
Onion to taste
Salt to taste

Boil lentils until well done. Put nuts through food chopper. Beat the egg and add other ingredients to it. Pour into greased baking dish. Bake 45 minutes in moderate oven at 350 degrees.
