HEALTHY PANCAKES 
1 c. whole wheat pastry flour
2 tbsp. canola oil
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 egg
1/2 - 3/4 c. milk or more

Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth consistency. Fry in butter. Top with real maple syrup.
