1 lg. pkg. Oreo's 8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 box instant chocolate pudding

Crumble cup cookies. Pour butter to make crust over cookies. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip. Pour over cookie crust. Mix pudding according to box. Pour over cookies. Add the rest of the Cool Whip.
