SQUASH PIE 
1 1/2 - 2 c. squash, cooked & drained
1/3 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, beaten
1/2 can milk

Cook squash until tender. Drain. Add butter, vanilla, sugar, egg and milk. Mix well and pour in pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees until thick and does not shake in middle.
