1/4 lb. hamburger
1 potato, peeled and thinly sliced
1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
1/2 onion, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste

In thick foil, layer the above ingredients. Wrap tightly. Place in coals of a campfire (or on a grill). Cook for approximately 1 hour or until carrots are cooked. (Can also be baked in the oven at 350 degrees!)
