SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, torn
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 pkg. frozen tiny peas, not defrosted
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. cooked bacon, crumbled (or bacon bits)
Salt & pepper to taste
3 med. tomatoes, sliced
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced

Layer ingredients in a large bowl. Garnish top with tomatoes and eggs. Do not toss. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or more before serving.
