HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
8 chicken breasts, already cooked
4 c. diced celery
4 tbsp. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. Accent
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 c. fresh mushrooms
4 tbsp. lemon juice slivered almonds

Dice the cooked chicken breasts. Boil mushrooms. Combine all ingredients and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
