RHUBARB CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
2 c. chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. whipping cream (do not whip)

Follow directions on cake box. Pour in 13"x9" pan. Mix the rhubarb, sugar and cream. Pour on top and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cake cool completely before cutting. Serve with Cool Whip.
