CRAB SEARCY 
Parsley to taste
1 or 2 green onions and tops, chopped
Garlic
2/3 green pepper, chopped
1 rib celery, chopped
1/3 stick butter
3 hamburger buns
Cream or Pet milk
1 lb. crab meat
Red pepper or Tabasco

Saute garlic, parsley, onion, celery and green pepper in butter until clear. Pour cream over 1 inch buns, let soften, add to vegetables, stir in well. Add crab meat and place in buttered casserole. This should be about the consistency of dressing. Toast remaining buns with butter, grate and sprinkle over top. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
