1 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 (12 oz.) bottle cola
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
1 box confectioners' sugar

Combine 1/2 cup butter, oil, 3 tbsp. cocoa and 1 cup cola in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add to flour and sugar in bowl, mixing well. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour into 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

Combine remaining 1/2 cup butter, 6 tbsp. cola, 3 tbsp. cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla and confectioners' sugar in saucepan. Cook for 10 minutes or until thick. Pierce cake with toothpick. Pour hot frosting over cake.
