TURKETTI 
1 1/4 c. raw spaghetti
2 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cut up
1/4 c. diced canned pimento
1/2 sm. onion, chopped (fresh onions best)
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti, drain and rinse well. In casserole dish, place meat, pimento, onion and green pepper. Pour soup over this. Rinse can with 1/2 cup of water and pour in casserole. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 1/2 of grated cheese and then spaghetti. Toss lightly until well mixed. Sprinkle with other half of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
