TUNA SAUCE 
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
Pepper to taste
Basil to taste
Oregano to taste
1/2 c. wine
1 can Italian tuna in oil
1 pt. fresh chopped clams & juice
1 can anchovies, optional
1 med. sliced onion
Butter-oil

Saute onion and garlic in butter and oil. Add tomatoes. Add pepper, basil and oregano to taste. Add wine. Bring to boil and then simmer for 20 minutes. Add tuna, clams and juice. Add anchovies if desired. If you want a stronger taste, add one can white or red clam sauce.
