UNBAKED CHEESE CAKE 
9-inch graham cracker crust
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla

In a blender beat cream cheese; add milk slowly and beat until fluffy. Add lemon juice and vanilla little at a time. Pour into pie crust and chill 3 hours. Top with cherry pie filling or other fruit.
