QUICK APPLE CRISP 
5 to 6 apples
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice apples. Lay in 9 x 9 inch baking pan. Cut butter into all other ingredients. Toss until mixture is coarse and crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
