1 head lettuce
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 sm. red onion
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 sm. box frozen peas, slightly thawed
1 pt. Hellmann's mayonnaise (spread over top like icing)
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1 sm. can Parmesan cheese

Layer all of each ingredients in order as listed. Refrigerate.
