GRAPEFRUIT PIE 
3-4 red or pink grapefruits
1 pkg. or can prepared strawberry glaze
1 (9") baked pie shell or graham cracker shell
Whipped cream

Peel and section grapefruits; drain well using paper towels to absorb juice. Carefully fold sections into glaze. Pour into pie shell and refrigerate until firm. Add whipped cream before serving.
