TIM'S CHILI 
4 lbs. hamburger meat, drained
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. cumin (optional)
1 c. flour
6 c. tomato sauce or large can tomato paste
6 c. water
Salt to taste
Chili pepper to desired flavor
6 jalapeno peppers

Fry hamburger meat and drain off excess liquid. In a large pot add remaining ingredients and simmer 15 to 20 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. May add can pinto beans if desired.
