SNOW TUNNEL CAKE 
1 angel food cake mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (12 oz.) frozen whipped topping
4 1/2 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding

Bake cake as directed. Cool. Slice 1 inch off top. Set aside. Gently hollow out a trench in cake 1 1/2 inches wide x 2 inches deep. Tear cake pieces into small pieces; set aside.

Combine milk and pudding mix. Beat low 2 minutes. Fold in cake pieces and 1 3/4 cups topping. Fill trench with pudding. Replace top and spread rest of topping on cake. Chill.
