SORTA SOUP 
1/2 c. split peas
1/2 c. barley
1/2 c. lentils
1/2 c. rice
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. dry onion
2 tbsp. beef bouillon granules
2/3 c. egg noodles
2/3 c. whole wheat spirals

Add 3 quarts water. Bring to a boil and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add 2 stalks celery chopped, 2 carrots chopped, 2 cups cabbage chopped, 1 pint tomatoes, 1 soup bone. Cook until vegetables are tender. Add water as needed.
