HOT BACON SPINACH SALAD 
4 slices bacon
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt

Cut bacon into small pieces, fry until crisp. Add other ingredients. Mix well and simmer. Pour over fresh spinach leaves with hard-boiled eggs, red onion and fresh mushrooms, all sliced. Serve immediately. Serves 2.
