2 lb. med. potatoes, cooked & cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. horseradish
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
4-5 sliced bacon, cooked & chopped
2 green onions, chopped

Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, horseradish, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir in potatoes and remaining ingredients. Add more horseradish if desired.
