1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (4 oz.) Baker's sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
Optional: Whipped cream, chocolate shavings

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Add sugar to cheese in bowl, blending well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.

Measure 2 cups of mixture out of bowl and set aside. Add lemon juice to remaining mixture and pour into well buttered 10 inch pie pan.

Stir chocolate into remaining 2 cups and pour on top of mixture in pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
