QUICK BROWNIES 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Stir ingredients lightly. Beat all ingredients well. Pour into 9"x13" pan and bake approximately 20 to 25 minutes. Cool slightly; add frosting.

Cook first 3 frosting ingredients at a boil for 2 1/2 minutes, remove and add chocolate chips. Stir well and pour over brownies.
