CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. boiling water
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour the boiling water on the butter. Stir in the flour and boil 2 minutes; let cool. Add 3 unbeaten eggs and beat well. Bake slowly. The puffs will fall if not baked enough. Bake in buttered tin until golden brown (30 minutes).

CUSTARD:

1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. flour
2 tsp. cornstarch

Cut hole in the side of puff and fill with custard.
