SIZZLE CHOPS 
1 1/2 c. apple cider
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. grind cloves & ginger
1 tbsp. brandy

Combine all ingredients, marinate pork chops in mixture overnight in refrigerator. Grill or bake to taste. Serves 6.
