UNSTUFFED STUFFED CABBAGE 
2 lb. cabbage, cut up
3/4 c. Brown Sugar Twin
1 lb. stewed tomatoes
1 c. tomato sauce
1/2 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. rice
1/4 tsp. salt

Place cabbage in Dutch oven. Add on top sugar, tomatoes, sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, and water. Cover and cook over medium heat. Mix beef, egg, rice, and salt. Form into meatballs. Place on top of cabbage. Lower temperature and simmer 1 3/4 hours.
