PEANUT BUTTER BISCUIT 
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
1/2 c. lard
3 c. flour
6 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl; add lard, melted, and peanut butter. Rub lightly until well mixed, then add milk, making a light dough. Roll out lightly, 3/4 inch thick on a floured board and cut with small biscuit cutter. Brush top with milk and bake in hot oven for about 15 minutes.
