STEAMED CRABS 
1/2 gallon water
4 tbsp. vinegar
24 live blue crabs
2 tbsp. red pepper
Melted butter
Lemon wedges

Bring water and vinegar to a boil in a steamer pot. Place crabs on a rack. Season with red pepper. Cover and steam for 40 minutes. Serve while hot with melted butter and lemon wedges.
