WHITE LASAGNA 
1/4 c. butter
1 sm. onion, diced
1/3 c. flour
2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1/4 c. dry white wine
8 oz. cooked lasagna noodles
1 c. diced cooked poultry
12 oz. shredded Mozzarella
2 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated

Saute onion in butter, stir in flour. Add liquids and seasonings to make sauce. Stir in wine.

Put thin layer of sauce in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Then 1/3 noodles, all of chicken, 1/3 cream sauce, 1/3 cheese, 1/3 noodles, all of ham, 1/3 cream sauce. 1/3 cheese, 1/3 noodles, 1/3 cheese, remaining cream sauce, all of Parmesan.

Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot and bubbly.
