EASY FROZEN SALAD | |
1 (20 oz.) can pie filling (peach or cherry are good) 1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, undrained Whip all ingredients together and place in 9 x 13 pan. Freeze. Cut in squares. Serve on lettuce leaf. Serves 15 to 18. When using peach pie filling, place it in a bowl first and run the beater a minute to break up peaches, then whip remaining ingredients together. |
