FUDGE NUT PIE 
1 (9 in,) unbaked pie crust
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
1/2 c corn syrup or maple blended syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. finely chopped walnuts

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pie crust. In medium sauce pan over low heat, heat chocolate with butter just until melted, remove from heat. Add sugar and next 6 ingredients, with hand beater or wire whisk, beat until well mixed. Stir in walnut.

Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake 45 to 55 minutes, until filling is puffed. Cool. Serve. (Filling will shrink to original size while cooling.)
