DATE WHIP PUDDING | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. chopped dates 1 c. chopped nuts 2 eggs 2 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. baking powder 1/2 pt. whipping cream Mix all ingredients except whipping cream. Spread in greased 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 35 minutes. Mixture will raise and fall. Cool. Crumble with fork into bowl (taste some here, but try not to eat it all yet!). Whip cream and stir into crumbled mixture. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Serve. |
