DANISH DESSERT | |
1 pkg. red Danish Junket 8 oz. cream cheese 1 can Borden Eagle Brand milk 1/2 c. canned lemon juice 1 pkg. Lorna Doone cookies (shortbread) 2 pkgs. frozen strawberries Follow directions on Danish Junket box and set aside to cool. Whip cream cheese and Eagle Brand milk. Add lemon juice. Arrange cookies on bottom of oblong baking dish. Pour cream cheese mixture over top. Add strawberries to Danish Junket and pour over cream cheese. Chill several hours. Cut into squares and serve. |
