CRAB MOUSSE 
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
8 oz. crab meat, cooked
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 c. celery
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1 tbsp. cold water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Pimento
Olive slices
Parsley

Heat and blend cream cheese and soup. Mix with crab meat, mayonnaise, onion and celery. Add lemon juice. Dissolve gelatin in water and blend into crab. Pour into a wet fish mold and chill. Garnish with pimento, olive slices and parsley. Serve with sesame crackers.
