1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced apples (uncooked)
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Mix sugar, oil and eggs. Then add all other ingredients and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes in a 9 x 11 pan.

Icing:

1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar

Beat until mixed well with mixer.
