HAM STEW 
1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 c. cubed cooked ham
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
1/2 tsp. instant chicken bouillon granules
Dash pepper
Dash bottled hot pepper sauce

In saucepan, combine all ingredients. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
