CUCUMBER SOUP 
4 c. V-8
1 c. sour ream
1 cucumber, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2-3 scallions, chopped
6 mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. dill weed
Salt, pepper
1 tbsp. honey

Stir. Refrigerate. Serve.
