TOP OF STOVE RICE PUDDING 
1/2 c. rice
Pinch salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Water
1/2 c. sugar
1 qt. milk
2/3 c. evaporated milk or liquid coffee creamer
Cinnamon

Put rice, salt and nutmeg in 2 quart saucepan, cover with water and boil until water is gone. Add sugar and milk and bring to boil, then lower heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours until pudding thickens; remove from heat and add evaporated milk or creamer. Spoon into bowl and sprinkle top with cinnamon.
