SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches spinach (for 4-6 people)

Wash, chill and tear into large serving bowl.

DRESSING:

1 clove garlic, sliced
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt, ground pepper

Make ahead.

CONDIMENTS:

2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
6 crumbled bacon slices, fried crisp
