WHITE GRAPE - CRANBERRY RELISH | |
1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 c. blush or rose wine 3 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. orange juice 1 lb. seedless white grapes, halved 2 tbsp. lime juice (1 lime) In saucepan over low heat, bring cranberries, wine and sugar to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add orange juice and 1/2 of the grapes. Reduce heat simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add rest of grapes and lime juice and cool. Will keep refrigerated for 2 weeks, cover. |
